I was junt wondering that being the LUA scripts just text files it should be possible to develop in the DS (if you do not have a PC at hand). Is only a matter of having a DS text editor (either LUA or not) able to read and write to the GBA card in use (CF/SD/SC)

Do you know if there is any text editor like this out there?

There is the TxtWriter.  There might be some other ones.  Sometimes the FAT writing library in home brews can be a bit flakey, so I would recomment backing up your files often.

Have fun!

DSOrganize is actually very decent as a text editor. Just go into the browser and press 'Y' when the text file is highlighted. It needs to have the extension '.txt' in order for DSOrganize to open it with the editor.
