Compile a self contained NDS?

Hi guys. I am using DSLua version 0.6. I am using the gbfs flavor. I placed my "main.lua" script in the "scripts" folder. Then I run PACK.bat. Next I copy the DSLUA-PACK.nds into my root directory alongside the autostart.bat. I modify autostart.bat to look like so
autostart.exe DSLUA-PACK.nds DSLua_AutoStart.nds /gbfs/scripts/
However when I run DSLUA-PACK.nds in my dualis emulator, I get a "Failure to Load: 2 /gbfs/scripts/main.lua" error. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance!
