Hello man!
Great work with DSLua...
But i suggest you change your homepage layout...
I think that joomla isnt easy and the site is not goodlooking...
Have you considered changing it to something else...
for example SMF & Tinyportal?

jonakis...

Welcome and thanks for trying out DSLua!  And yes, I am always looking for better forun/portal.  Right now, I have Joomla and Joomlaboard.  Joomla itself is nice, but I am not very fond of Joomlaboard.  So, I will take a look at your recommendation and other possibilities.

Thanks!

why arent you taking the free phpboard?
- free
- many addons
- easy
- many functions
- postconverter(if you used a other board before, perhaps this is supported)
- stylable:lol:

U can have a look at my site at my signature...
It uses SMF(Simple Machines Forum) and Tinyportal and it is nice looking and very easy to manage with many mods and themes...
p.s smf and tinyportal are free...

Give it a try!

I was going for phpBB, but it isn't integrated very well with Joomla.  That is why I didn't use it.  But since I am reconsidering Joomla, I might pick another solution

jonakis's SMF site looks nice.  So I will take a look at SMF and tinyportal too.

For now, I am going to focus on programming more functionalities into DSLua 0.3 before I come back to improve this site.

i think adding a totally new site for the forum(no navigation menu on the right side) is better.
if u do this, phpbb will look better on this site:silly:

and now go on with dslua:laugh: B)
