Yep you should be able to, as long as you're not planning to use:

- 3D
- Wi-fi
- Microphone

Those are the main problems with DSLua.

If it's going to be a really big project it's not a good idea to use DSLua for it...but it sounds alright... Cheesy

And no, I don't think there's been a baseball homebrew game for the DS yet.

Why cant i use 3-d graphics? Also why would it not be a good idea to use DSLua for a BIG project?

And does your DS have to be flashed to us DSLua???

Nope doesn't have to be flashed, you just need to have something like a passme card or a passcard, with a device like the GBA Movie Player. Anything that runs DS homebrew. And 3D would just be too hard and slow, but you could make it like one of those older baseball games like were on the Super Nintendo (which I found very fun). You just make a background of the baseball area and a sprite for the pitcher, batter, and ball and make it look like 3D that way.

Depends on how much you know about programming.

A baseball game would probably be somewhere between medium difficulty and hard difficulty in DSLua.

DSLua is the easiest way to program the DS. Have you ever programmed?

Then a baseball game isn't where to start programming. Go through my tutorials ( http://www.bio-gaming.com/jeremy/dslua/index.php?act=tutorials ) or better yet learn normal Lua then read my tutorials to see how to use it for the DS.
